Our make up is cruelty free

Due to hygiene reasons make up can not be returned for a refund unless the product is faulty. If the colour doesn't suit you or it looks different does not allow you to return your item. Colours of products may also look different on different skin tones. Please bear this in mind when ordering. 

PRE ORDERS

From time to time we may offer some of our items on a PRE ORDER basis. This means in case of a sell-out of a product we will secure your item from our next stock delivery, Pre orders can take up to 14 working days to be dispatched. Any orders that contain Pre Order items and items in stock will be dispatched altogether. Any items pre ordered are not valid for a return or exchange. 

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours otherwise the order the order is final.
